Even if one child might be exceptionally mature, the vast majority cannot be - that is the definition of 'child'. Children are not legally allowed to drink alcohol - with very good reason for their bodies can process it as a fully mature adult's can. Children are not allowed to drive, to marry, even to vote for the crazy Belgian politicians who think, so chillingly, that 'care' for sick children should mean killing them. This is how corrupt the moral landscape in Belgium has become.
